Very easy to contact and make appointment over Facebook, local here to town and just a small walk from where I live. Took me and my two oldest daughters (9yo and 5yo). Alena was very kind and sweet was able to cut and style me and my girls within the hour. Asked us what we wanted and everything of the sorts. Good conversation and even gave the girls a small treat before leaving her salon. We all three left very happy and feeling amazing. Thank you Alena.
